The Repère Protocol in four steps
The same framework whether it is cockroaches in a kitchen or mice in a cellar: you always know what will be done, and in what order.
Locate
Torch inspection of warm, damp spots (appliance motors, ducts, skirting boards, false ceilings), monitoring traps and a map of the nests.
Treat
Targeted insect control: bait gel in spots, growth regulator, localised spraying or dry steam as needed. For rodents, secure bait stations.
Check
A check visit set by the protocol: we read the monitoring traps and adjust the treatment if any activity remains.
Prevent
Photo report, storage and hygiene advice, sealing of entry routes (joints, ducts, drain traps) and active vigilance.
