All we need is your number and your postcode.

Your call, in three stages

  1. 1

    Understand

Which pest, for how long, in which room, who lives or works there: the answers tell us how pressing the situation is.

  2. 2

    Protect

We tell you what to do and what to avoid from now on to reduce the risks until the technician arrives.

  3. 3

    Schedule

We check which two-hour slots are still free, offer you the earliest one and give you the price including VAT before anything is booked.

When it is best to call straight away

Whenever there is a health risk, a risk of stings, or a business that depends on it.

Rodents near food

A mouse crossing the kitchen, droppings in a cupboard, a gnawed cable sleeve: contaminated food and the risk of a short circuit make prompt rodent control worthwhile.

Bed bug bites

New bites every morning, dark spots on the mattress: treating early stops them reaching the other bedrooms or the flat next door.

Cockroaches seen by day

Cockroaches coming out in the light point to an established harbourage. For a restaurant or food shop, prompt treatment and a written report are needed before a health inspection.

Before the technician arrives

These few precautions slow the spread and help us find the harbourages faster.

  1. 1

    Keep children and pets away

Close the door of the affected room and keep them away from the nest, droppings or corners where activity is visible.

  2. 2

    Cut off their food

Store food in sealed boxes, take the bin out, wipe up crumbs and standing water: the less they find, the better the treatment works.

  3. 3

Leave the bedding where it is

If you suspect bed bugs, don't carry sheets or the mattress into another room: you would only move the problem.

  4. 4

    Photograph what you see

An insect, droppings, brown marks near a skirting board: these pictures help us prepare the right treatment.

Well-meant mistakes

  • Spraying a wasp nest or blocking its entrance
  • Setting off an insecticide fogger in a bedroom
  • Leaving rat poison where a dog or cat can reach it
  • Putting an infested mattress on the landing or in the courtyard

Your questions when it's urgent

Can you come today?

+

Online, slots open from the next day. If the situation can't wait, call us: we check our technicians' actual availability in your area and tell you honestly when we can come.

Does the price go up when it's urgent?

+

No. It depends on the service, the floor area and the number of visits, never on how soon the appointment is. You know it before you book.

Someone has been stung by a wasp or hornet: what should I do?

+

Trouble breathing, a swelling face, feeling faint: dial 15 or 112 immediately. For a minor sting, move the person away from the nest, take off rings and bracelets and apply something cold.
