Disinfection and sanitising in Palaiseau
In Palaiseau, book online, pay before the visit and get a same-day photo report of everything found and treated.
What happens during a visit in Palaiseau
The technician starts with a torch-in-hand inspection: under sinks, behind appliances, along skirting boards, inside ducts and above suspended ceilings. In Palaiseau, as throughout Essonne, that map of hotspots decides where and how to treat your home or your business.
The price in Palaiseau is the same as anywhere in Île-de-France: from €153 incl. VAT, depending on floor area and number of visits, paid online when you book.
Rodent droppings, dead cockroaches, waste water: even once the pests have gone, surfaces still carry bacteria and allergens. A flat between tenants, a cellar or a stockroom needs sanitising before it goes back into use.

Your questions, in Palaiseau
Do you really cover Palaiseau?
Yes. Palaiseau (91120) is part of our area in Essonne, like all 8 départements of Île-de-France. Two-hour slots run from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Sunday.
Is the price different in Palaiseau?
No: from €153 incl. VAT for the first visit, as everywhere in Île-de-France. Only floor area and number of visits change the total, which is shown before payment.
What will you send me once the treatment is done?
A photo report by email the same day: hotspots found in Palaiseau, products used, where the monitoring traps are, gaps to seal and practical tips to reduce the risk of a comeback.
How does cleaning differ from disinfection?
Cleaning removes visible dirt; disinfection destroys the micro-organisms left behind, using a biocide given enough time to work. We do both, in that order.
Is there any smell or residue afterwards?
The disinfectants we use evaporate once their contact time is over. One to two hours of airing is usually enough before using the room again.
