Disinfection and sanitising in Torcy
Flat, house or business in Torcy: we find the source first, then treat exactly where it matters. VAT-inclusive price shown before you book.
What happens during a visit in Torcy
You pick a 2-hour slot between 8 am and 8 pm, seven days a week. The technician lets you know before arriving in Torcy, inspects, treats the hotspots and walks you through the findings before leaving.
Published price from €153 incl. VAT for the first visit. The final amount depends on floor area and the number of planned visits, and is shown before you pay online.
Rodent droppings, dead cockroaches, waste water: even once the pests have gone, surfaces still carry bacteria and allergens. A flat between tenants, a cellar or a stockroom needs sanitising before it goes back into use.

Your questions, in Torcy
Do you really cover Torcy?
Yes. Torcy (77200) is part of our area in Seine-et-Marne, like all 8 départements of Île-de-France. Two-hour slots run from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Sunday.
Is the price different in Torcy?
No: from €153 incl. VAT for the first visit, as everywhere in Île-de-France. Only floor area and number of visits change the total, which is shown before payment.
What will you send me once the treatment is done?
A photo report by email the same day: hotspots found in Torcy, products used, where the monitoring traps are, gaps to seal and practical tips to reduce the risk of a comeback.
How does cleaning differ from disinfection?
Cleaning removes visible dirt; disinfection destroys the micro-organisms left behind, using a biocide given enough time to work. We do both, in that order.
Is there any smell or residue afterwards?
The disinfectants we use evaporate once their contact time is over. One to two hours of airing is usually enough before using the room again.
