Do you come to every town in Paris?
Yes, to any verified address in Paris (75). You choose a 2-hour slot between 8 am and 8 pm, seven days a week.
Does the price depend on the town?
No. Only the treatment chosen, the floor area and the number of visits count: from €110 incl. VAT across Île-de-France.
Do you deal with bees?
No. Bees are vital pollinators, so rather than destroy a swarm we put you in touch with a beekeeper who can collect it.
How do you deal with an Asian hornet nest?
The main nest is often high up in a tree. The technician injects insecticide into its core with a telescopic pole, ideally once the hornets are back inside, then removes the nest if it can be reached. Never try to approach it yourself: Asian hornets defend their colony fiercely.
