Your questions, in Courbevoie
Do you really cover Courbevoie?
Yes. Courbevoie (92400) is part of our area in Hauts-de-Seine, like all 8 départements of Île-de-France. Two-hour slots run from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Sunday.
Is the price different in Courbevoie?
No: from €111 incl. VAT for the first visit, as everywhere in Île-de-France. Only floor area and number of visits change the total, which is shown before payment.
What will you send me once the treatment is done?
A photo report by email the same day: hotspots found in Courbevoie, products used, where the monitoring traps are, gaps to seal and practical tips to reduce the risk of a comeback.
Can a rat really come out of the toilet?
Yes: brown rats swim and can get through a U-bend. If that is their way in, the technician recommends fitting a non-return valve on the pipe.
In a block of flats, who covers the cost of rat control?
Communal areas (cellars, yards, bin stores) fall to the owners' association; the inside of a flat falls to the occupant or the owner depending on the case. We work for either and can coordinate both jobs.
