Expert·Cafard
Equipped technician during a treatment
Commitment 02/04

An illustrated account of your treatment, in your inbox that evening

Harbourages found, areas treated, monitoring traps placed, instructions: every step is photographed and explained.

Cockroaches hide where nobody looks: behind the fridge motor, under the dishwasher, inside service ducts or loose skirting boards. Much of the treatment therefore happens out of your sight.

So that you know what was done, the technician photographs what he finds and what he does, then e-mails you a report the same day. Keep it for yourself or forward it to your landlord, managing agent or insurer.

What we do

  • 1

    Harbourages on camera

Droppings, shed skins, egg cases, live insects: each harbourage is photographed and located.

  • 2

    Actions described

Bait gel points, sprayed areas, bait stations, sealed gaps: everything is listed.

  • 3

    Products named

The report names each product and the precautions to take after the visit.

  • 4

    Next steps spelled out

What is up to you, where the monitoring traps are and, if planned, the date of the follow-up visit.

The Repère Protocol, step by step

The report follows the four stages of the Repère Protocol: where the harbourages were, how they were treated, what will be checked at follow-up and what was done to prevent a return. You see the reasoning behind the treatment, not just how things look afterwards.

In a block of flats, it helps the managing agent coordinate common areas and neighbouring units. For a landlord or holiday-let host, it shows that professional pest treatment was carried out.

What you will find in it

Date and time window, address, the species identified, captioned photos of harbourages and actions, products applied, where the monitoring traps sit, your instructions and, where relevant, the follow-up date.

Keep it: it is the benchmark for the follow-up visit and records the history if activity shows up again later.

In your home

Even if you stepped out for part of the visit, you know exactly what was done in your home.

In your shop or premises

Restaurants, hotels and managing agents get a dated, illustrated record for their food safety plan, inspections or residents' meetings.

Your questions

How is the report sent?

By e-mail, to the address you gave when booking, on the day of the visit.

Can I share it with my landlord or managing agent?

Yes. The report is yours to forward to anyone you like.

Does the technician photograph my home?

Only what the treatment needs: harbourages, nooks, traps, sealing work. Your belongings, papers and customers stay out of shot.
